If a product arrives damaged, or defective, you can request a return or replacement within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be unused and with original packaging.

Yes. Our valves / fittings etc are manufactured to meet [ISO / other relevant standards]. Each product page shows technical specs (size, material, pressure ratings, etc.).

We offer a 6-month limited warranty on valves sold in India. It covers manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or improper installation.
Currently warranty is valid only for orders delivered within India.
