Order Cancellation and Refund

- Orders placed on our website and phone application are eligible for cancellation and refund if they have not entered the packaging process.
- Canceled orders will have the payment amount credited to your BrassBlizz wallet.
- Once an order enters the packaging process, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

International Orders

- Orders placed outside India are subject to special terms:
  - Orders can only be canceled before they enter the packaging process.
  - The payment amount for canceled international orders will be credited to your BrassBlizz wallet.
  - Shipped international orders cannot be returned or refunded.
  - Damaged packages shipped outside India will not be eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Once an order has been packaged at the factory, and a tracking number has been generated, it becomes non-returnable under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Items

- Our commitment to quality ensures that items are carefully checked and packaged.
- If you receive a defective or broken item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- We will address the issue and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or an appropriate refund based on the circumstances.
