Engineered Brass Core
Made from solid brass, the valve body delivers robust resistance to pressure, corrosion, and wear — ideal for continuous exposure in HVAC environments.

Straight Pipe with 90° Bend
Constructed from 23G gauge 98% pure copper, the pipe is factory bent at 90° and vertically mounted to the valve — providing streamlined refrigerant routing and brazing readiness.

Induction Brazing Bond
Our company uses precision induction brazing to create a permanent bond between copper and brass, resulting in a sealed, high-integrity assembly designed for years of reliable use.

Thread Size & Compatibility

• 7/16"-20 UNF for 1/4 charging port connection

• 3/4"-16 UNF for flared copper pipe with nut

Performance & Compatibility
Tested for 800 PSI, the valve supports common refrigerants including R22, R410A, and R32 — suitable for modern HVAC systems across India and global markets.
