Built from Solid Brass
Machined from high-grade brass, the valve body is built to resist environmental stress, corrosion, and mechanical load during routine or long-term use.

Pure Copper, Perfectly Aligned
The straight copper pipe is made from 98% pure 23G gauge copper, bent at 90° while the valve enters vertically — ideal for systems where linear refrigerant flow is preferred.

Precision Brazing
A secure connection between the copper and brass is achieved using our company’s advanced induction brazing technique, creating a leak-resistant and high-durability joint.

Thread Size & Compatibility
Fitted with a 7/16"-20 UNF thread, this valve is fully compatible with standard HVAC tools and refrigerant service lines, ensuring universal field usability.

Rated for Performance
With a pressure handling capacity of up to 800 PSI, it supports R22, R410A, and R32 refrigerants in both residential and light commercial systems.
